1. The graphite crucible should be protected from moisture and must be stored in a dry place or on a wooden shelf.

3. Before use, it needs to be heated by drying equipment or furnace, and the temperature is gradually raised to 500 ℃.


4. The crucible should be placed below the plane of the furnace mouth to avoid the furnace cover from wearing the crucible upper mouth.


5. When adding material, it should be based on the melting capacity of the crucible, do not add too much material, and avoid expanding the crucible if it is too tight.


6. The furnace tool and crucible clamp should conform to the shape of the crucible, and the middle part of the clamp should be clamped to avoid damage to the crucible by local force.


7. When removing molten slag and coke from the inner and outer walls of the crucible, tap lightly to avoid damage to the crucible.


8. An appropriate distance should be maintained between the crucible and the furnace wall, and the crucible should be placed in the center of the furnace.
